REQUIREMENTS
– Knowledge of English or German
– Having citizenship of an EU country
– Availability of category B license
– Availability of documents permitting the management of construction equipment
– Experience working with one of the following types of construction equipment:
drilling rigs, excavators, tractors or other construction equipment.

CONDITIONS
– Payment: 16 euros per hour (net)
– Working schedule: 5 days a week, from 174 working hours per month
– Housing is provided and paid for by the employer

Key Responsibilities

An anchor drilling rig operator specializes in the operation and maintenance of specialty drilling rigs used in the construction industry. The main purpose of this equipment is to drill anchors into soil or rock, which are then used to stabilize structures, slopes or foundations. He sets up the drilling rig, monitors the progress of drilling operations and adjusts drilling parameters. Regular inspections and repairs are as much part of his responsibilities as compliance with safety and environmental regulations. He documents drilling operations and communicates with other construction workers and engineers.
