Why is it necessary for workers to have an EU citizenship but not a work or residence permit?
The airports in Germany make this precondition - our company selects the staff on the basis of their criteria.
Does the candidate have to pay anything for the employment arrangement?
No, our placement service does not charge the candidate any costs.
Will the Lithuanian pension accumulate?
Yes, because Lithuania is a member state of the European Union, and the length of service in the EU countries is accumulated.
Why do German airports avail themselves of our services instead of looking for workers themselves?
Airports do not have enough internal resources to carry out recruitment functions for a large number of staff - it is more profitable for them to outsource.
Are there prospects for career development?
At the moment there are no such opportunities, but our company is working on the possibility of expanding the available positions.
